To provide a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable experience for JUMP Customers and Staff, Customers must adhere to all JUMP location and attraction rules, signs, and instructions.
Location hours, attraction availability, wait time, and location offerings may vary and are subject to change without notice should circumstances require. JUMP, in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to change, modify, or restrict facility usage and offerings without any prior notice, refund, liability, or compensation.
JUMP reserves the right to deny entry to, eject, suspend, or pursue criminal trespass charges, or other applicable charges, against any JUMP Customer who engages in any activity or behavior with other Customers or Staff that is unsafe, illegal, disruptive, profane, or offensive without refund, liability, or compensation.
By entering JUMP facilities, Customers are expressly giving consent to JUMP to photograph, film, videotape, record, or otherwise reproduce their image and voice, and the image and voice of any minor children under their care and use the same for any non-defamatory purpose without payment or further notification.
Customers are not entitled to a refund, pass replacement, or other compensation once the JUMP attraction experience has begun, regardless of the outcome of their experience. This includes customer hesitancy, failure to jump, or any other customer-related behavior.
JUMP admission tickets, credentials, digital currency, digital upgrades, and other entitlements are non-refundable, revocable, and void if altered. All sales are final.

Identification matching Customers’ payment method may be required for purchase validation, entry, and re-entry. JUMP admission tickets or other ticket types may be subject to limitations such as special events, geo-fenced benefits, and discounts.
Any admission ticket, complimentary ticket, or other ticket type expires at the end of the time slot, regardless of usage. Used or expired passes or tickets are not eligible for any type of refund, credit, extension, or any other type of rollover benefit.
Customers are never permitted to bring the following into JUMP locations:
For the comfort of all Customers, our JUMP locations are smoke-free. The smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes, or other products that produce vapor or smoke is allowed only in the parking lot, more than 25 feet away from any entrance.
JUMP, in sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to prohibit the use or storage of any other item not listed above that is determined by JUMP Staff to be, or may be, harmful or disruptive to JUMP, its Customers, or Staff.
Customers must show common courtesy to other Customers and JUMP Staff. Customers must not engage in unsafe, illegal, disruptive, profane, or offensive behavior while at JUMP. Any lewd, indecent, crass, or other behavior not conducive to a family-friendly atmosphere is prohibited. This includes any verbally or physically escalated behavior, posturing, or threatening-type behavior toward other Customers or JUMP Staff.
JUMP, in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to eject, suspend, or pursue criminal trespass charges (or other applicable charges) against any Customer who engages in any activity or behavior with other Customers or Staff that is unsafe, illegal, disruptive, profane, or offensive without refund, liability, or compensation.
JUMP is not liable for any reckless, negligent, or dangerous Customer behavior and by entering JUMP premises, Customers agree to indemnify JUMP against any harm that arises from such behavior.
There are inherent risks in the participation of the JUMP attraction, as the attraction will subject Customers’ bodies to drops, twists, jerks, and other extreme forces. Customers must exercise good judgment in determining whether their body is sufficiently healthy to sustain forces typical of extreme amusement park attractions. Customers are required to always act in a responsible manner. Customers are required to obey all verbal and written warnings, rules, and policies while on JUMP premises and using the JUMP attraction. Customers have a duty to properly use the attraction safety equipment provided.
