BEFORE YOU JUMP

KNOW YOUR SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY

In the unlikely case of an emergency, your flight will stop immediately. Our JUMP Crew is specially trained in a variety of emergency scenarios and will be ready to assist you.

ADJUST YOUR HELMET

Our custom JUMP Helmets will automatically adjust to your eyes according to the settings in your profile. When you enter our JUMP Bay all you need is to hold and position the Helmet on your head where your vision is clear. While you are holding it, our Crew will assist in tightening your Helmet to ensure you have an amazing flight.

HOW TO JUMP

When you get into the experience you will find yourself in the back of an airplane. Once the doors open, step all the way to the edge of the platform slowly before you jump. When we say all the way, we mean all the way. Your toes should be over the edge of the platform to have the best JUMP experience. Once on the edge, you will jump out, away from the edge. Jump with your arms and legs open, flat onto your stomach, like you are belly flopping into a pool. Once you jump your flight will begin!

HOW TO FLY

Once you jump, keep your arms and legs straight out like a starfish as your wingsuit fills with air. You’ll control your altitude and speed using your head and turn with your arms. Keep your arms and upper back straight as you descend. To turn, drop one arm and raise the other; you’ll start to fly in the direction of your dropped arm. To speed up and dive, look down towards your toes, and to climb and slow down look up. Keeping your head forward and your arms straight is the easiest way to succeed on your first flight.

GUIDE TO YOUR PARACHUTE

We’ve installed automatic activation devices, or AADs, on our JUMP wingsuits that automatically deploy your parachute when you reach a certain altitude. You’ll hear a countdown before it opens. Once open, unzip the sleeves to just above your elbows and grab the parachute toggles near your head. You can then use the toggles to adjust your decent onto the landing platform.

FOLLOW YOUR INSTRUCTOR

During your flight your instructor, Marshall Miller, will be helping you every step of the way. Marshall will have direct communication with you, and alert your when your parachute is going to be deployed. After your first JUMP you will meet him on top of your Exit Point, there he give you a couple of pointers while we reset your suit for your next JUMP. Once he is finished he will have you step up to the edge and JUMP with him.

ASK YOUR CREW FOR HELP

Our JUMP Crew is always on hand to help you during your experience. If you have any trouble during suit up, a crew member will be there to assist. If you experience any issues during your flight, we've setup comms between our crew and your headset, so they will be able to hear you. Remember, if you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to ask your crew!

HAVE FUN

JUMP was built to create life-changing moments. As you step up to the edge and peer down from the platform, you’ll have the opportunity to discover your full potential and find your true self. The most important thing for you to remember during your JUMP is to have fun. JUMP is an experience like no other, so enjoy yourself!
